We aim to get your matcha to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

• Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – £3.50
  
• All UK orders are usually shipped with Royal Mail

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries in Europe, the US, and Asia.

• International Standard (7–14 business days) – from £15.00 (TBC)
• Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Please note: Customs charges or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
