What is cold matcha "Ryofu"
Cold matcha "Ryofu" is a matcha for tea ceremony that is made with cold water.
It is made with a slightly stronger aroma because it is designed to be made with cold water. This matcha with a pleasantly refreshing, smooth, creamy flavour recommended to prepare with cold water.

Seasonal matcha: only 2 tins available 

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
