  • Hand-picked from the first flush of tender young tea leaves, this matcha is stone-ground into a fine, vibrant green powder. It delivers a smooth, mellow flavor with a naturally sweet umami depth, balanced bitterness, and a lingering finish. 

  • Rich in umami with a subtle sweetness and refined texture, velvety and finely ground for effortless whisking and a luscious mouthfeel.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
