The sake used is Junmai Daiginjo from Fushimi, Kyoto, and its gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste further enhance the umami of the matcha.

The mellow umami and richness of matcha is combined with the refreshing aroma and elegant acidity of yuzu, creating a calming taste that evokes a Japanese elegance. The yuzu used is from Mizuo, Kyoto. Although it is non-alcoholic, the rich, fragrant flavor of matcha and yuzu leaves a gentle aftertaste, making it a sophisticated taste that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
