This set includes 3 type of tea: Shin Matcha 30g (medium), Rai Matcha 30g (rich) and Hojicha powder 50g.

Shin Matcha is grown in Japan using carefully selected, shade grown tea leaves. The leaves are handpicked at peak freshness and stone ground into a fine powder with a bright green colour and rich taste. 

Rai Matcha is for those who value rich umami and refined depth of flavour. Featuring a bold umami character, delicate natural sweetness, and a clean lingering finish, Rai is perfectly suited for traditional usucha preparation

Hojicha Powder is a fragrant roasted green tea powder carefully crafted in Uji, Japan. Made from gently roasted tea leaves, it offers a comforting, earthy flavour with hints of roasted nuts, caramel, and a light smokiness, resulting in a smooth and well-rounded taste.
