Tsuru no Mori Matcha (40g) is smooth and velvety with gentle roasted nuttiness, balanced umami and a delicate natural sweetness. Fresh green notes are complemented by a subtle sweet-corn character, leading to a clean, lingering finish with very little bitterness.
