Ukifune no Shiro Matcha (40g) is a ceremonial-grade Uji matcha favoured by Hounsai, the 15th Grand Tea Master of the Urasenke school of Japanese tea ceremony. 

Its flavour is smooth and well balanced, offering gentle sweetness, mellow umami and very little bitterness. The creamy texture and clean finish make it an approachable ceremonial matcha that is equally suited to daily enjoyment and formal tea preparation.
