Homare no Mukashi used hand picked, high quality tea leaves that have won awards at tea tasting competitions, and blend them in a well balanced way to create a well balanced flavour. This is a flavorful matcha that is mellow, fragrant, and full of umami.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
