Chawan Kyo-yaki – Hashimoto Eihō "Ninsei Utsushi"

A beautifully crafted Kyo-yaki (Kyoto ware) matcha bowl in the classic Ninsei Utsushi style, inspired by the celebrated works of master potter Nonomura Ninsei. The bowl is entirely hand painted with elegant motifs of folding fans, seasonal flowers, and flowing water, rendered in traditional vermilion red, green, blue, and gold tones. Delicate hand-applied gold accents add depth and character, creating a refined balance between richness and sophistication. The decorative design wraps seamlessly around the bowl, resembling a miniature courtly painting.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Supplied with its original wooden presentation box.
