New Year’s Matcha Special Daifuku is a seasonal, ceremonial grade matcha crafted specifically for the New Year period, designed to be festive, smooth, and approachable.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
