Stone-milled to a vibrant jade powder, Hatsu Enishi offers a refined balance of rich umami, gentle astringency, and a smooth, clean finish. The aroma is fresh and green, echoing the vitality of early spring. It is ideal for enjoying as usucha (thin tea), especially in intimate tea gatherings or moments of quiet reflection.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
