Powdered green tea favoured by Zabosai, the 16th generation grand tea master of Urasenke, 40g tin (3 tins left)

Elegant | Balanced | Ceremonial-Grade

Favored by the prestigious Urasenke School of Tea, Seijo no Shiro  is a refined, high grade matcha crafted for formal Japanese tea ceremonies and those who appreciate the art of tea at its finest.

Seijo no Shiro is a gently pleasant tea of unique quality with a particularly mild taste. It has a well-balanced and moderate, yet fresh, light and green aroma. Its refined and cultivated taste should be experienced as a koicha. It much prefers lower temperature brewing water.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
