Salon Naramachi is a traditional tea salon operated by Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten, the renowned Nara-based lifestyle and household goods company founded in 1716. Carefully crafted to showcase the true character of matcha, this blend offers a delicate, velvety texture with subtle bitter notes and a clean, refined umami finish.

Rich and full bodied, featuring pronounced umami, natural sweetness, and a lingering depth of flavour.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
