Crafted without artificial flavors or emulsifiers, each chocolate stick is made using only cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, and premium tea powders, allowing the natural aromas and tastes of the teas to shine through.

This matcha chocolate  received numerous rave reviews at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in the fall of 2023.

Made without artificial flavorings or lecithin, this chocolate is made with only cocoa butter, milk, sugar, and tea, minimising the dairy content to maximise the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves. The lack of excess fat results in a refreshing aftertaste compared to regular chocolate. Each chocolate is individually handcrafted using a special method. 

This set (approximately 105g) includes eight mini chocolates, each with four pieces, featuring seven different matcha strengths (1.2%, 1.9%, 3.1%, 5.1%, 8.2%, 13.3%, 29.1%) and a roasted green tea chocolate (5.1%). The highest strength, 29.1%, is an incredibly rich matcha chocolate unlike any other in the world.
