Ukifune is a limited edition seasonal shincha (new harvest) matcha released once a year.  Ukifune is a bright, refreshing ceremonial grade matcha with a distinctly youthful character. Fresh vegetal notes and sweet umami take centre stage, supported by a clean, lively finish that reflects the freshness of the new harvest.

Special New Harvest Sencha picked at their peak in spring and carefully processed to preserve their natural character, this seasonal sencha offers a lively, well balanced cup with gentle sweetness and refreshing finish. Its bright green liquor and crisp flavour showcase the unique qualities of the year's harvest.
