Ryuouen - Limited edition “Ousu” Matcha 30g (only one available)

Established in 1875, Ryuouen '柳桜園' is an unusual case among long established teahouses, as it's run by only nine employees.  They sell their products exclusively in their own stores, do not sell online and has limited sale per person and not very long BBD as verything procedue fresh. 

Ousu is a ceremonial matcha sourced from the esteemed Kyoto tea house Ryuouen. Celebrated for its refined balance, it delivers deep sweetness and rich umami with absolutely no bitterness, an elegant profile that appeals to both matcha aficionados and first time drinkers alike.

Ousu is best enjoyed straight to appreciate its smooth, clean finish and layered umami. While it can be used in a matcha latte, we highly recommend savoring it on its own to experience its true character.
