Matcha “Kamio no Shiro” is a matcha for “Usucha” (thin tea) favored by the Grand Master of Urasenke. This product is made of first flush green tea from Uji tea fields by Yamamasa Koyamaen tea manufacturer, Kyoto. 

Taste: Smooth and refined with a balanced sweetness, delicate umami, and almost no bitterness.
