How to Prepare

Amount: Use 1.5–2 grams (1 teaspoon) of powder.
Water: Pour 80 ml of water heated to 80°C (176°F) over the powder.
Whisking: Whisk with a chasen (bamboo tea whisk) until foamy.
Tip: Sift the matcha powder before use to prevent clumping.
