Particularly delicious in matcha lattes, it adds a vibrant citrus twist that complements matcha's natural umami notes. Also perfect mixed with hot or cold water, sparkling water, yoghurt or drizzled over toast and desserts.

How to Prepare

Matcha Latte: Add 1–2 teaspoons to hot or iced matcha for a bright citrus twist.
Drinks: Mix 1 part Yuzu & Honey with 5 parts water, sparkling water or hot water.
Food: Stir into yoghurt, drizzle over toast or use in dressings and marinades.
